Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview

The "See Clearly, Win Big!" contest is organized by HOYA Vision Care in partnership with Charmant Group. The contest runs from October 2025, to December 31, 2025.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Singapore aged 18 and above
• Employees of HOYA Vision Care, Charmant Group, and their immediate families are not eligible
• One entry per person per qualifying purchase
• Valid government-issued ID required for prize collection

3. How to Enter

• Make a qualifying purchase at participating retail stores
• Complete the online entry form with accurate information
• Upload a clear photo of your receipt
• Agree to these terms and conditions

4. Qualifying Purchases

• HOYA Lenses: 1 entry chance
• Charmant Frame: 1 entry chance
• HOYA Lenses + Charmant Frame: 3 entry chances

5. Entry Validation

• All entries are subject to verification
• Receipts must be clear, legible, and show qualifying products
• Invalid or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
• Validation decisions are final

6. Prizes

• Weekly Prizes: $100 shopping vouchers (30 winners)

7. Winner Selection

• Weekly draws conducted every Wednesday
• Grand prize draw on December 31, 2025

8. Prize Collection

• Winners must respond within 7 days of notification
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Personal information used only for contest administration
• Winners consent to use of name and image for promotional purposes
• Data handled in accordance with Singapore Personal Data Protection Act

10. General Conditions

• Contest subject to all applicable laws and regulations
• Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel contest
